HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?

All orders are processed within 1 business day and shipped Monday to Friday. Please note that this may change due to sales or holidays, so plan accordingly. If you have any urgent requirements, please contact us by email at contact@sartoriasiren.com.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

  • Switzerland: All domestic orders are dispatched via Swiss Post Express with an average delivery time of 2-3 business days.
  • Vietnam: All domestic orders are dispatched via Vietnam Post with an average delivery time of 3-5 business days.
  • Rest of the world: All international orders are dispatched via DHL Express with an average delivery time of 5-7 business days.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

HOW DO I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?

Full-priced merchandise purchased at sartoriasiren.com can be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund. For more information, please contact our Customer Care team.

We will NOT accept any returns that do not follow these guidelines:

  • Items must be returned in their original state in their original packaging and must not have been worn, altered or washed.
  • Items must have their original tags attached.
  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  • Items must not have been used for commercial purposes, photography shoots, Instagram posts, online, or for personal gain.

We highly recommend that you film the unboxing process and send it along with your return request.

Unfortunately, we do NOT offer exchanges on any orders due to limited editions in size and quantity.

Eligible returned items can be refunded via the original payment method.

CAN I RETURN A PRE-ORDER?

Pre-orders are treated like a standard order, and you can initiate a return for a pre-order purchased at sartoriasiren.com within 7 days of receipt.

WHAT SHOULD I DO TO RETURN AND GET A REFUND?

We recommend sending your returned item using a tracked delivery service. In the event that returned items do not reach us and are not tracked, or any parcels are lost on the way back to us, we cannot be held responsible, and the return process will not be accepted.

Refunds can take up to 10 working days, depending on your payment provider, and we cannot speed up this process. If the funds haven't been released after 10 working days, please contact our Customer Service team, and we will investigate further on your behalf.

Credit or debit card

Funds are usually returned in 3-7 working days. Please note, this time is taken by the banks to process the transaction.

Paypal

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.

You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to complete your purchase before returning to Sartoria Siren. Your account will be charged once the order is completed.

Sartoria Siren currently offers the option to checkout in CHF, AUD, EURO, GBP, and USD. This provides a seamless experience for our customers and ensures additional conversion or service fees are not charged post-purchase.
